The Toronto Police Service is once again celebrating the Toronto Caribbean Carnival in person in the courtyard of police headquarters.
The tradition of kicking off the Carnival weekend is back after the pandemic sidelined the Toronto Police tradition. There will be music and dancing in celebration of the rich diversity and traditions of the Caribbean community in Toronto.
