Sexual Assault Alert,
Teenage Boy Wanted,
Birchmount Road and St. Clair Avenue East area

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.

On Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at approximately 3:00 p.m., a woman was seated at a park bench in the Birchmount Road and St. Clair Avenue East area.

It was reported that:

  • the women was approached by a teenage boy who was on a bike
  • the teenage boy engaged the woman in conversation
  • the teenage boy sexually assaulted the woman
  • the teenage boy fled toward the intersection of Birchmount Road and St Clair Avenue East on his bike

The boy is described as 5’4", with a slim build, short brown hair, with one front tooth shorter than the other. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, and black shorts.

As a result of an investigation, investigators believe this is the same suspect from a previous sexual assault alert.
