Suspect sought in an Arson Investigation,
College Street and Manning Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with the identification of a suspect involved in an Arson investigation.

On Monday, October 31, 2022, at approximately 10 a.m., police responded to a call for an Arson in the area of College Street and Manning Avenue.

It is reported that:

  • the suspect approached a dumpster behind the building located at College Street and Manning Avenue
  • the suspect ignited a fire in the dumpster against the building
  • the suspect left on foot

The suspect is described as having a slim build, with blonde straight hair in a ponytail. He was wearing a bandana, a light-coloured jacket, grey sweat pants, black shoes and carrying a black cross-body shoulder bag.
