The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.

Michael Stamatakos, 31, is described as 5’5”, 110 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes with multiple tattoos.

He is currently serving a two (2) year sentence for:

1. Arson-Damage to Property
2. Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance
3. Flight from Peace Officer
4. Utter Threat to Cause Death/Harm
5. Possession of a Schedule I Substance

The offender is known to frequent areas in Toronto.
