The annual Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women is taking place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026.

This event is dedicated to women’s mental health. The event will be comprised of a 5K and a 10K run/walk. There will also be a 1K run/walk for children.

The event will start at 7:40 a.m. and will conclude at approximately 11 a.m.

Full and partial road closures will be in effect at the following times: 

5:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.:

• Surrey Place from Grenville Street to Grosvenor Street
• Dr. Emily Stowe Way from Grenville Street to College Street

7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.:

• Queens Park Cresent East from Bloor Street West to College Street (includes Queens Park Cresent)
• Queens Park Cresent West from Bloor Street West to College Street (includes Queens Park Cresent)

7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.:

• College Street from Bay Street to Spadina Avenue (westbound lanes)
• Spadina Avenue from College Street to Harbord Street (northbound lanes)
• Harbord Street/Hoskin Avenue from Spadina Avenue to Queens Park Cresent West (eastbound lanes)
• Bloor Street West from Queens Park Cresent to Bay Street (eastbound lanes)
• Bay Street from Bloor Street West to St. Joseph Street (southbound lanes)
• St. Joseph Street from Bay Street to Queens Park Cresent East (westbound lanes)

Motorists can expect delays in the area and should consider alternate methods of transportation.
