The Toronto Police Service supports co-operative Education programs offered by the local boards of education and various post-secondary institutions. Such programs allow Co-operative Education Students to obtain work experience and achieve credits toward their diplomas, certificates or degrees.
The students assist clerical staff in their daily duties in order to gain valuable work experience. The students are placed in various units, Divisions, across the city according to the needs of the Service.
