Parking Complaint Reporting
Abandoned Vehicle
A report of an unplated motor vehicle or trailer abandoned on the roadway, unable to move under its own power or on private property that appears to have been abandoned by the owner without the property owner's consent.
Accessible Parking
Unauthorized vehicle parked in signed, designated accessible parking area, without an accessible parking permit.
Driveway Obstructed
Vehicle blocking a driveway or loading zone.
Fire Route Obstructed
Vehicle parked in a signed, designated fire route. Does not include parked in front of fire hydrant.
Lane Obstructed
Vehicle parked in a way that fully or partially blocks a laneway. Does not include garbage dumpsters.
Over Time Limit
Vehicle parked on a street for more than 1 or 3 hour(s) in violation of the by-law. For the 3 hour by-law, you must be a resident/stakeholder of that street or an adjacent street.
Private Property Complaint
Vehicle in violation of private parking bylaws; i.e. unauthorized parking on property owned by a person or corporate entity, without the owner's consent. With the exception of fire routes and accessible parking, complainants must be on site and prepared to authorize any tagging or towing.
