Police Constable General Information Sessions
The Toronto Police Service Recruitment Team hosts weekly Police Constable Information Sessions to help prospective applicants learn more about a career in policing. These virtual sessions provide an overview of the Police Constable recruitment process, outline the minimum hiring requirements, explain what applicants can expect throughout the selection process, and offer an opportunity to ask questions directly to members of the Recruitment Team.

Motivational Mondays (Fitness Practice Sessions)
The Toronto Police Service Recruitment Team also hosts FREE fitness practice sessions (typically held on Mondays) to help prospective applicants prepare for the physical requirements of the Constable Selection Process.
These sessions provide participants with an opportunity to become familiar with the full PREP (Pursuit Restraint Circuit and 20-metre Shuttle Run), receive guidance from members of the Recruitment Team, and better understand the physical components involved in the assessment process.
While participants will not be timed through the Pursuit Restraint Circuit, they will have the opportunity to experience each component of the circuit, use the required equipment, and gain insight into areas they can focus on while preparing before applying. These sessions are also open to those interested in other roles that have fitness requirements, such as Special Constable and Parking Enforcement.

Other Information Sessions
The Toronto Police Service also offers occasional information sessions for other positions, such as the Auxiliary Officer role.
