On Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Chief Superintendent Andy Singh and Inspector Joe Matys will speak to the Service’s preparations for Caribbean Carnival. The stand-up will take place at Princes’ Gates (the arch entrance at Exhibition Place).

This event will be broadcast via Dome Productions and live streamed on YouTube. Media may participate in the news conference in-person and will require identification indicating they are a member of an accredited media outlet.
