Based on the latest direction from public health, the province’s Roadmap Exit Step requirements and occupational health and safety principles, the Toronto Police Service has reopened all public facing facilities.

All Toronto Police Service Divisions are open to the public 24/7. All other public facing operations, including TPS Headquarters, located at 40 College Street are open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., including the TPS Museum and Gift Shop.

If possible, please contact the appropriate unit to book an appointment before attending in person, contact information can be found  from our Contact Directory.

Members of the public are encouraged to continue utilizing online service options when possible. Find out more about the latest public health measures and restrictions on the Ontario government’s website.
