The annual Panorama India Day Parade is taking place on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The festival event will take place at Nathan Phillips Square from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Parade Formation and Dispersal Area road closures will be in effect from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. as follows:

• Edward Street, between University Avenue and Yonge Street

Parade Route:

Rolling road closures will begin at 2 p.m. on the following streets:

• Northbound Yonge Street, from Edward Street to Gerrard Street West
• Westbound Gerrard Street West, from Yonge Street to Bay Street
• Southbound Bay Street, from Gerrard Street West to Dundas Street West
• Westbound Dundas Street West, from Bay Street to Chestnut Street
• Northbound Chestnut Street, from Dundas Street West to Edward Street

Motorists can expect delays in the area and should consider alternate methods of transportation.
