Road Closures
The Bloor Street Mile takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. This event is a 1.6 km run event that is held for fitness enthusiasts to test themselves in a short, fun run in the downtown core.
Approximately 1,200 participants will gather in the formation area on Bloor Street West at Bay Street.
A full road closure of Bloor Street West from Bay Street to Bathurst Street will be in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
A partial road closure of the northbound lanes of Avenue Road from Bloor Street West to Cumberland Street and southbound lanes of Avenue Road from Bloor Street West to Lowther Avenue will be in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
