The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in relation to an Indecent Act and Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m.:

•  the accused exposed himself to two victims onboard a TTC subway car southbound at King Station
•  the accused exited the train after the security alarm was activated by the victims

It is further alleged that on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at approximately 12:10 a.m.:

• the accused followed the victim who was getting off a TTC subway car at College Station
• the victim got onto an escalator and the accused followed
• the accused exposed himself to the victim
• the victim verbally confronted the accused, who fled the area

Adebayo Maoli, 28, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1.    two counts of Indecent Act
2.    one count of Sexual Assault 

He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in room 301.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.
