The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying two suspects wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, at approximately 1:45 a.m., police responded to a call for an Assault in the Eglinton Avenue East and Brimley Road area.

It is reported that:

• the victim left an establishment in the area
• the victim was walking through the plaza alone, when approached by the two accused and an unknown man
• they assaulted the victim, unprovoked
• as the victim attempted to get up, a second unknown suspect assaulted the victim
• the victim was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries

On Monday, October 5, 2026, Vincent Lewis, 31, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1. Aggravated Assault
2. Robbery

He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in room 103.

On Friday, October 30, 2026, Kadeem Anderson-Binns, 34, of Toronto, turned himself into police. He has been charged with:

1. Aggravated Assault
2. Robbery

He is scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in room 401.

Two suspects remain outstanding. 

Suspect #1 is described as having a thin build, and a moustache, He was wearing thin framed glasses, a black toque, all black clothing, carrying a thin black bag.

Suspect #2 is described as having a medium build, black facial hair, and long black dreadlocks. He was wearing a black "Nike" sweater, a black jacket, black shoes with a white sole, and was carrying a black/grey crossbody bag.
