ALS #IceBucketChallenge - Constable Victor Kwong

On Monday, August 18, 2014, Media Relations Officer Constable Victor Kwong, was called out, and challenged to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by Constable Randy Arsenault, 43 Division. Victor gladly accepted, and called out partners from Toronto Fire Services, Toronto Emergency Medical Services, and the Toronto Police Services to take the challenge. In addition to accepting the challenge, the Service will be making a donation to the ALS Society of Canada. So far, Firefighter Darryl Gage, and Acting Inspector Chris Boddy have accepted the challenge.
