Black History Month 2026 Kick Off at Toronto Police Headquarters

February is #BlackHistoryMonth and we recognized this important month at headquarters by raising the Pan-African flag and hosting a lively event with incredible food and entertainment culminating in the presentation of the Terry James Trailblazer Award posthumously to Constable Gloria Bartley.
