Caribbean Carnival Kickoff 2024 at Eastview Community Centre

Organized and hosted by the Toronto Police Community Partnerships & Engagement Unit (CPEU), the 2024 Caribbean Carnival Kick-Off Ceremony, Parade, and BBQ took place at Eastview Community Services & Kempston Park on July 25th, 2024. This year's event theme is "It Takes a Village....". The TPS is looking forward to an incredible Caribbean Carnival this weekend!
