Home Invasion suspects near Eglinton Avenue West and Yonge Street

Toronto Police Service Hold Up investigators are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying three men in a home invasion robbery. On Thursday, September 27, 2018 at approximately 7:15 a.m., a 67-year-old man answered a knock at his front door in the Eglinton Avenue West and Yonge Street area. It is reported that: - the man opened the door and was confronted by men wearing construction vests, hard hats and dust masks - the men were armed with firearms and forced their way into the house - the men made demands for money - the men tied the man up and assaulted him - the men ransacked the house and fled without obtaining anything - the man was able to free himself and contacted the police, he sustained severe injuries The men are described as black, mid-twenties, and tall. They were dressed in construction clothing, yellow or white hardhats, black pants and carrying a blue and white cooler. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark grey/blue 2007 or 2008 Nissan Maxima, and it was parked on a side street.
