May The Police 4th Be With You at Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute

On Thursday, May 4, 2017, Chief Mark Saunders and the Toronto Police Service joined forces with Toronto District School Board Superintendents Shirley Chan and Anne Seymour and TDSB Trustee David Smith for the opening of 'May the Police 4th Be With You' at Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute. This event, organized by TDSB's ER14 Family of Schools and Toronto Police's 41 and 43 Divisions, hosted over 500 students from local schools for a day of interactive activities that showcase service units of the Toronto Police Service. With the first week of May focusing on mental health and well-being across the Toronto District School Board, the Toronto Police Service was pleased to join educators for a fun and informative day that showcased student achievements, and build on a sense of community with support from the police.
