MedicAlert Foundation & Toronto Police Launch Connect Protect partnership

On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, Toronto Police Headquarters, Deputy Chief Peter Yuen was joined by Francoise Faverjon-Fortin, CEO of MedicAlert Foundation Canada and the select members of the MedicAlert, to launch the Service’s partnership with the Connect Protect Initiative. Intended for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other cognitive conditions, the MedicAlert Connect Protect Initiative provides valuable time-saving information to police in the event a person goes missing.
