Officer Helps Evacuate Apartment Building

Parents handed their babies to her. A bedridden elder needed help to escape. Amid chaos of an apartment building fire in 51 Division, Constable Arielle Dubissette-Borrice moved through black smoke alongside fellow officers, firefighters and paramedics to quickly evacuate and save residents. She was awarded our Merit Mark for bravery and dedication to duty.
