Project Oz Drug Arrests News Conference

@TorontoPolice Project 'Oz' Drug Investigation & Arrests | News Conference | LiveStream | Wednesday, July 10th, 2019 | 10:30AM On Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at 10:30 a.m., in the Media Gallery at Toronto Police Headquarters, Inspector Don Belanger of the Drug Squad addressed the media on the results of Project Oz, an investigation into a large-scale drug distribution ring that was operating in the Greater Toronto Area and Windsor. A number of seized items were on display, as well as methods used by the accused individuals to conceal contraband in vehicles. Project Oz involved numerous search warrants and arrests. It resulted in the seizure of firearms, large quantities of controlled substances, including cocaine and fentanyl, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in alleged proceeds of crime.
