- on Friday, June 3, 2016, in a retail parking lot in the Aukland Road and Dundas Street West area, there was an altercation between two men - a man, 19 was standing outside the car, engaged in a dispute with the occupant of the car and shots were heard - the victim can be seen on the store security camera video running from the vehicle after suffering a single gunshot wound - the accused can be seen driving erratically away from the scene and was discovered unconscious by witnesses in the driver’s seat of the car on Aukland Road, approximately 100 metres north of the original scene - a short time later, a second man, suffering from a gunshot wound, arrived at hospital by himself - the injuries he sustained are non-life-threatening and he is expected to make a full recovery - a loaded firearm was located in the vehicle - the investigation has revealed two shots were fired from inside the vehicle, one of which struck the victim who was outside the vehicle - the driver of the vehicle is believed to have shot himself in the leg during the altercation, which resulted in life-threatening injuries
