Positioned as a strategic partner, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the planning, recruitment, deployment, reclassification and promotion of both uniform and civilian employees. The sourcing and onboarding of top talent into the Service is a key focus in order to ensure the success of every unit in the organization. Talent Acquisition also manages the full cycle of background investigations, conducting interviews and other verification processes on all applicants.
