Change Management

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Change Management Unit is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks that impact Information Management and Technology within policing operations.  We assist in the prioritization and Service-wide alignment of technology projects to provide the maximum benefit to our organization and the communities we work in partnership on a daily basis.
