Youth Records for Vulnerable Sector Screenings
Under Section 119 (2) of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Toronto Police Service does not release information on youth records for purposes of records checks.

Commencing June 22, 2015, the Toronto Police Service will no longer release information on youth records for the purposes of police records checks after the applicable access periods as set out in Section 119 (2) of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
