Report on Damage to Property Under $5,000
Damages made to property can be reported, along with details related to the incident. Damages to property must not exceed $5,000.

Please provide a detailed description of what actually happened in the incident description section, with the approximate date and time you discovered the damage, and the last date and time you saw your property intact.
If you are attempting to report an incident of graffiti, please click here.
The following cannot be reported online:
- Someone enters your place of business or dwelling, and vandalizes or damages your property,
- Graffiti or vandalism that pertains to hate crimes, i.e. based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or you feel you are being targeted by someone because of the preceding reasons.
