Engaging from the Inside

While the Race and Identity-based Data Collection (RBDC) team consults with a wide breadth of stakeholders, we acknowledge the vital role that internal members play in the engagement process.

Fostering a culture of internal engagement allows our members to provide their insight and hypotheses, creating an environment of collaboration and a shared sense of purpose.

The scope of our internal engagement has grown considerably in Phase 2 to include a greater number of liaisons and Neighbourhood Community Officers. This process is iterative and will continue as we are all invested in improving upon the findings.
