RBDC Roadshow Expands Internal Engagement in 2024
This week, our RBDC team continued their commitment to internal engagement and presented to 60 Toronto Police Special Constables. The goal this year is to expand engagement through “roadshow” appearances across the Service to ensure more members have an understanding of the analysis being conducted. In addition to regular RBDC Liaison meetings and attending divisions to provide support as needed, the RBDC team will attend officer In-Service Training sessions several times this year, as well as sessions with the 9-1-1 Communications Unit in the Fall.
The goal is to provide more opportunities for members to network and provide their feedback.
