These Rules apply to Toronto Police Service discipline hearings, conducted by Adjudicators appointed by the Chief of Police or Commissioner pursuant to the Act, whether generated through a public or Chief’s complaint or both and are made pursuant to section 25.1 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.
