Membership criteria

The Toronto Shield program is designed for Security Directors (or their equivalent), Security Managers, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency Personnel. Interested parties who do not meet these criteria are encouraged to contact their own security directors to become Shield members.

Toronto Shield is emergency preparedness and counter-terrorism focused, and has selected sectors for membership based on Public Safety Canada’s critical infrastructure definition of sectors that have been, and remain, primary targets of terrorists and extremists.

By becoming a partner of the Toronto Shield Program, you and your organization agree to have the Toronto Police Service obtain and retain your business contact information until which time you decide to unsubscribe from the program.
