Museum Tours

Guided tours are dependent on availability and are booked in advance. Tours are approximately 1 hour long and are available at 11:00AM, 12:30PM, and 2:00PM.

• Minimum 10 people and maximum 20 people per group.

All guided tours must be booked a minimum of approximately 2 weeks ahead of time. Please send your guided tour requests to our email at [email protected] and we will do our best to respond within 3-5 days.

We permit a 15 min grace period for late groups. If your group will be late please give our team a call at 416-808-7020 and let us know.

We reserve the right to ask that groups reschedule, or come back another time if they are later than 15 minutes – thank you for your understanding.

Museum tours are only available in English.

Museum tours cannot be scheduled over the phone. Please use the form below to provide us with your information and book a tour.

This is a working environment, and we ask that everyone respects the staff and individuals present in the building. We have a zero-tolerance for any form of harassment or disrespect toward our team, our members, or others. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in being asked to leave.

Guided tours are not a requirement, and all are welcome to visit the Museum & Discovery Centre to explore our exhibits on a self-guided basis.

Please note that for the safety of our employees and other visitors, all persons entering the Toronto Police Service Headquarters must go through a security screening. You are not required to submit to the security screening but, refusal to do so will result in a denial of entry to the premises. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
