Forensic Identification Services (FIS) is committed to identifying individuals and analyzing forensic evidence in a professional, objective and efficient manner.
Forensic Identification Officers use scientific tools to capture fingerprints, detect traces of blood, recreate crime scenes, compare photographs and analyze what has been found.
FIS is an operational service unit providing support to all Divisions and investigative units.
