A Canada-Wide Warrant for 1st Degree Murder was issued for Purushothm NADARAJAH, 22 yrs, in this case.
Rohan GEORGE, 19 yrs, was charged with 1st Degree Murder in this case.
On Friday, January 14, 2005, about 9:00 p.m., police responded to a stabbing in the area of McClevin Avenue and Tapscott Road.
The victim was discovered near McClevin Park, suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
Investigators believe the victim was abducted by several suspects from 5790 Sheppard Avenue E (Spice Land Super Market), about 20 minutes before being located at McClevin Park.
Franklin NESARAJAH, 20 yrs, and Rajeevan ATPUTHARAJAH, 21 yrs, were both arrested at the scene and eventually charged with 1st Degree Murder in this case.
