Details of Investigation
On Sunday, April 23, 2000, at about 12.13 p.m., police responded to a shooting at 246 John Garland Boulevard. The victim was discovered outside a townhouse residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
