Toronto Police Service Homicide is comprised of a very dedicated group of men and women who are extremely committed to conducting quality investigations, ensuring that those responsible are held accountable for their actions in a court of law.
Details of Investigation
On Sunday, February 16, 1986, at about 10:30 a.m., police responded to a 911 call at 2328 Islington Avenue. The victim was discovered inside an apartment residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person was also discovered inside the same apartment, suffering from gunshot wounds. This person was treated by emergency personnel, and is expected to survive her injuries.
