Toronto Police Service Homicide is comprised of a very dedicated group of men and women who are extremely committed to conducting quality investigations, ensuring that those responsible are held accountable for their actions in a court of law.
Details of Investigation
On Thursday, October 6, 2014, at about 12:34 p.m., police responded to a shooting at 2067 Islington Avenue. The victim was discovered behind the apartment building, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival. The victim of Homicide #43/2014 (Zaid YOUSSEF) was also discovered at the same location, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, this victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
