Toronto Police Service Homicide is comprised of a very dedicated group of men and women who are extremely committed to conducting quality investigations, ensuring that those responsible are held accountable for their actions in a court of law.
Details of Investigation
On Sunday, October 27, 2002, at about 1:36 a.m., police responded to a shooting at 19 Sable Street. The victim was discovered inside the La Casa D\'Hall banquet premises, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival. Two other people were also discovered at the same location, suffering from gunshot wounds. These people were treated by emergency personnel, and are expected to survive their injuries. There were an estimated 300 people in attendance at a music event at this location, who may be potential witnesses.
