Details of Investigation
On Saturday, September 29, 2001, at about 2:09 a.m., police responded to a shooting at 10 Tapscott Road. The victim was discovered outside an apartment building, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
