UPDATE: June 16, 2009 A Canada-Wide Warrant for 2nd Degree Murder was issued for a Young Offender, 17 yrs, in this case.

On Monday, September 8, 2008, at about 8:15 p.m., police responded to an emergency call at 2350 Finch Avenue W. The victim was discovered inside an apartment residence, suffering from stab wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
