Toronto Police Service Homicide is comprised of a very dedicated group of men and women who are extremely committed to conducting quality investigations, ensuring that those responsible are held accountable for their actions in a court of law.
Details of Investigation
On Sunday, October 20, 1991, at about 4:07 a.m., police responded to a shooting at 2516 Eglinton Avenue W. The victim was discovered inside a building operating an after-hours club, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim of Homicide #70/1991 (Devon GREEN) was also discovered at the same location, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, this victim was also pronounced dead at the scene. There were an estimated 200 people in attendance at the scene, who may be potential witnesses.
