Boating Regulations
Equipment must be in good condition, and be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
All vessels operated in Canada are required to carry certain equipment on board the vessels. Some items must be approved by Transport Canada. All items must be in good working order, be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and must be available in case of emergency.
