The Preliminary 2026-2035 Capital Program is a list of  in progress and upcoming projects along with lifecycle replacement projects.

These projects are funded from debt, development charges, capital from current, Provincial grants, and vehicle & equipment reserve.

The Capital Program request outlines the long-term plan associated to facilities, information technology, communication, equipment and vehicles.

The Toronto Police Service Parking Enforcement unit assists with the safe and orderly flow of traffic by responding to parking concerns and enforcing municipal by-laws.

However, the unit's operating budget is separate from the Toronto Police Service and is included in the City of Toronto's consolidated Parking Tag Enforcement Operations budget.
